摘要
随着我国大型高层建筑中钢结构的应用越来越多,对钢铁五大元素化学分析的要求越来越高,迫切需要实现分析检验的自动化。锰磷硅高智能自动分析仪实现了分析样品的制取采集、分析检测、数据传输的自动化,达到了快速自动、准确灵敏、简便高效的目的,使得钢铁化学分析能更适时有效、快速准确地为工程质量检测提供可靠数据。
Along with the increasing application of steel structure in high-rise building, the requirements for the five elemental chemical analysis of iron and steel is improved, and there is an urgent need to implement test au- tomation. High intelligent analyzer for manganese, phosphorus and silicon realized the automation in sample prepa- ration, analytical testing, data transmission. It is a rapid, accurate and sensitive, simple and efficient testing method, makes the steel chemical analysis more timely and effectively, quickly and accurately, provide a reliable data for engineering quality detection.
