资产管理系统在国内地铁运营商中的应用 被引量:2

Enterprise asset management system for domestic subway companies

摘要 作为一种面向资产密集型企业的商品化应用软件,企业资产管理(EAM)系统在国内地铁运营商中的应用越来越广泛。该文通过现场调研和问卷调查,分析了资产管理系统在轨道交通工务管理应用中存在的问题。调研结果显示:资产管理系统不仅没能解决工务管理粗放、信息孤岛等问题,反而在一定程度上增加了维修员工的工作负担。地铁运营商应结合工务管理以及企业自身业务流程的特点,构建一套具备友好用户体验、符合自身企业特色、能够精确指导生产作业的信息化系统。 Enterprise asset management (EAM) systems were developed for capital intensive companies and are widely used in domestic subway companies. However, subway operators still have information technology application challenges. On site investigations and questionnaires within the maintenance staff identified problems in EAM applications related to maintenance management. The application of EAM in rail transit maintenance management failed to solve problems such as excessive management and information islands and increased the maintenance staff workload. Subway operators should take the maintenance management characteristics and workflows into consideration. A more user friendly information system should be developed for the corporate characteristics to accurately guide the maintenance work.
