水热法合成纳米PbSnO_3粉体的研究

Research on Nano-PbSnO_3 synthesized by hydrothermal method

采用水热法合成出PbSnO3粉体。并用XRD、SEM对粉体的晶体结构和微观形貌进行分析和表征。结果表明:当矿化剂浓度NaOH为1mol·L-1,反应时间为12h,温度为180℃时,获得粒度均匀的锡酸铅粉体。

Nano-PbSnO3 powders were synthesized hy a hydrothermal method.The crystal structure and microstrueture of the powders were characterized by XRD and SEM .The results showed that PbSnO3 powder of uni- form size can be obtained at mineralizer KOH concentration of 1·L^-1 reaction time of 12 hours and hydrother- real temperature of 180℃.
