摘要
以C12-18叔胺与氯化亚砜为主要原料,合成了一系列长链烷基(2-亚硫酸)乙基二甲基铵(DMA12,DMA14,DMA16,DMA18)乳化剂,并对产品结构进行了红外光谱表征。对DMA的接触角、发泡性能及其与沥青间的界面张力进行了评价。通过休止角测定,确定了粘土与沥青的质量比,选择性能最佳的乳化剂,制备粘土沥青乳化体系,加入聚乙二醇悬浮剂,调整体系黏度,制备粘土沥青复合悬浮体系。结果表明,n=0.002mol·L-1的十八烷基(2-亚硫酸)乙基二甲基铵界面张力最低,为0.079m N·m-1,起泡比达到200%,接触角为108.19°。当m(粘土)∶m(沥青)=4.5∶1时,休止角为29.33°,二者混合最均匀,最优制备体系条件为:质量比m(粘土/沥青)∶m(DMA18)∶m(悬浮剂)=100∶4∶1,所制备的乳化悬浮体系7天后仍没有出现出水现象,比较稳定,适用于封堵地层。
The corresponding Polyalkyl ethyl dimethyl ammonium were synthesized by dodecyl dimethyl ter- tiary amine (DMAI2), DMA14, DMA16, DMA18 reacted with thionyl chloride, respectively. According to FT-IR spectra, it was concluded that four kinds of emulsifier were prepared successfully. The properties (ultralow interfa- eial tension, foamability and contact angle) of the four emulsifiers were measured. Then choose the most appropri- ate one. The mass ratio of clay and asphalt and the dosage of emulsifier and suspending agent were determined by experiments, then prepared the clay asphalt composite suspension system. The results showed that octadecyl (2- sulfite) ethyl dimethyl ammonium exhibited the lowest ultralow interracial tension of 0.0079N·m^-1, foanmbility of 300%, contact angle of 108.19° and excellent emulsibility at n=0.002mol ·L^-1. When ma:me =1:4, the mixture of the two was the most homogeneous, and lg of the above mixture needed 50mL 0.002mol·L^-1 octadecyl (2-sulfite) ethyl dimethyl ammonium and 10mL 1000ppm polyvinyl alcohol, the as-prepared emulsified suspension system stability was the best and was suitable for blocking the layer.
