6种杀菌剂对5种蓝莓枝枯病原菌的室内毒力测定 被引量:13

摘要 葡萄座腔菌Botryosphaeria dothidea、棒状拟盘多毛孢Pestalotiopsis clavispora、乌饭树拟茎点霉Phomopsis vaccinii、尖孢炭疽菌Colletorichum acutatum、胶孢炭疽菌Colletotrichum gloeosporioides 5种病原菌是目前引起山东青岛胶南地区蓝莓枝枯病的主要病原菌。本试验采用菌丝生长速率法测定6种杀菌剂的毒力。结果表明,吡唑嘧菌酯、咯菌腈、苯甲·丙环唑对5种病原菌抑制作用较强,EC50值介于0.0035∽2.2245mg·L-1之间,对由该5种病原菌引起的蓝莓枝枯病防效很好。 Botryosphaeria dothidea, Pestalotiopsis clavispora, Phomopsis vaccinii, Colletorichum acuta- turn, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides were 5 main pathogens of blueberry twig dieback in Qingdao Jiaonan area of Shandong Province. The indoor toxicities of 6 fungicides against 5 pathogens were detected by mycelium growth rate method. The results showed that pyraclostrobin, fludioxonil, difenoconazole - propiconazole had rel- atively strong inhibition rate. The EC50 were between 0. 0035 - 2. 2245 mg·L-1. The control effects were excellent.
