摘要 从不同运营商之间的业务需求和频谱分配不匹配的特性出发,讨论跨运营商同优先级频谱共享,针对运营商间的干扰问题提出了一种避免敏感信息交互的解决方案,并分析了频谱共享策略中需要考虑的一些因素。跨运营商频谱共享使频谱接入更加灵活,可大大提升频谱使用效率。 It discusses inter-operator co-primary spectrum sharing from the incompatibility characteristic of traffic demand and spectrum al ocation for different operators. A solution for inter-operator interference management problem without sensitive information exchange is proposed. Furthermore, some factors which should be considered when study inter-operator spectrum sharing strategies are analyzed. Inter-operator spectrum sharing makes spectrum access more flexibly and thus improves the spec-trum efficiency.
