摘要
在互联网时代,各方都在争夺用户入口,而运营商除了做管道以外,还掌握着用户号码这个天然入口。它除了可以用来挖掘流量价值以外,还可以挖掘用户消费群体在定位用户、需求发现、产品送达和费用支付等方面的价值,这恰恰是运营商目前迫切需要完成的工作,也是本文论述的重点。
The parties are competing for user entry in the Internet era. In addition to pipeline, operators also holds the subscriber number, this is a natural entrance. The subscriber number can be used to mine the data traffic value, can also be used to mine the value of locating the user, finding demand, delivering goods and paying of consuming groups. This is precisely the work that the op-erator needs to be done urgently, but also is the focus of this article.
