摘要
为验证再生混凝土运用于实际工程中所带来的综合效益,文章采用价值工程的基本原理对再生混凝土以及普通混凝土的性能指标进行了全面的比较,并运用评价系数法计算了二者的价值系数,分析了再生混凝土在实际工程中的性价比。所得结论显示再生混凝土运用于工程建设中不但产生了很好的环保效果,也具有很好的经济效益,其性价比要略高于普通混凝土。
To verify comprehensive benefit of the recycled concrete used in the actual project, the article uses the basic principle of value engineering to make a comprehensive comparison between the performance of recycled concrete and ordinary concrete and the calculates evaluation coefficient by using the value coefficient method, analyzes the rate of quantity and price of the recycled concrete in the actual project. The conclusions show that recycled concrete used in construction projects not only produced good environmental performance, but also has good economic benefits, its cost slightly higher than ordinary concrete.
