摘要
针对表贴式永磁同步电机(SPMSM)重载起动、全速范围内无传感器控制,提出了一种新型的混合控制方法。电机低速时用脉动高频信号注入法;高速时用改进滑模观测器法,用饱和函数代替开关函数来减弱滑模算法的固有抖振,设计截止频率随转速可变的滤波器从而实现补偿角的定值化。提出了结合两种方法优点,在两种方法之间的平滑切换的算法。仿真结果表明,该混合控制器方法可以准确观测转子位置和速度,实现电机的无传感器控制,系统具有良好的稳定性和鲁棒性。
A novel sensorless hybrid control method of surface permanent magnet synchronous motor (SPMSM) with high start torque in a wide speed range was proposed. The proposed hybrid control combines a fluctuating high-frequency signal injection at low speed with a modified sliding-mode observer at high speed. To solve the chattering problem, the sign function was replaced by a saturation function. In order to compensate the phase-angle delay over the entire speed range, a low pass filter with a cut-off frequency changing with the rotor speed was designed. Based on the merits of both two methods, the hybrid control can achieve the smooth switching between the two methods. The simulation results validate that the p algorithm can estimate the rotor position and speed, and that the control system is stable and robust.
