共振摆式波能装置变刚器螺纹传动

摘要 变刚器是共振摆式波浪能转换装置实现高效提能的重要机构,特殊的工作规律与环境使变刚器对螺纹传动的动力性能提出了较高的要求.首先介绍了摆式波能装置变刚器的工作原理及其螺纹传动方式,通过螺纹副的运动学模型,分析了影响螺纹传动动力性能的因素,进而运用有限元等方法研究改善螺纹传动性能的途径:通过改善螺纹受力和变形不均,提高承载能力;选用合适的配对材料和润滑方式;选择合理的螺纹升角.最后提出满足经济性能要求的变刚器螺纹传动方案. The variable stiffness device is an important part of the resonance pendulum wave power set of realizing the efficient energy extracting.The special working law and environment of the variable stiffness device raises a higher demand to the dynamic performance of the spiral transmission.The working principles of the variable stiffness device and spiral transmission device are first introduced;then the factors influencing the dynamic performance of spiral transmission are analyzed by studying the dynamical model;and the finite element method(FEM)is used to study the approaches of improving the characteristic of spiral transmission power:increasing the load capacity by improving the unevenness of stress and deformation;Selecting appropriate pairing materials and lubrication method;Selecting proper lead angle.Finally,the economic design project of the spiral transmission device with a variable stiffness device is presented.
