基于PWM控制的自控电子镇痛输注泵设计

摘要 为了克服传统输液泵对输注剂量和输注速度控制不精确的问题,研制了一套基于PWM控制的自控电子镇痛输注泵装置.它通过光电传感器进行位置信息检测,然后根据不同占空比的PWM信号对直流电机进行闭环控制,改进了传统输液泵装置设计,实现输注速度可控.其用于镇痛输注,不仅可以精确地控制输注剂量和输注速度,还能对输注过程中偶然出现的气泡、空液和阻塞等异常情况进行自动报警并进行相关处理.实验测试结果表明:该输注泵输注速度的误差可控制在±0.1mL/h内. In order to overcome the low accuracy of the infusion rate and dose in the traditional infusion pump,a new set of the autocontrol electronic analgesia infusion pump device is proposed based on the PWM control,which monitors the location information by using the photoelectric sensor.And then the DC motor is controlled by closed loop on the basis of the PWM signals of different duty ratios;therefore,the speed regulation of the infusion rate is realized through this new kind pump which improves the traditional infusion pump device;the new pump not only can control the infusion rate and dose more accurately,but also alarm and handle automatically when unusual condition appears in the infusion process,such as the bubble,empty fluid and the blocking.The experiment results indicate that the error of the infusion rate can be controlled within 0.1mL/h.
