摘要
工程管理专业具有很强的实践性,毕业设计则是工程管理专业重要的实践性教学环节,其对学生专业综合能力的培养具有重要意义。文章通过文献分析和实地调研等方法,分析了美国佐治亚理工学院(Gatech)与中国高校毕业设计相似的综合设计Capstone课程的教学方案特点和课堂教学特色,并以中国矿业大学(CUMT)为例,对该校12版工程管理专业本科培养方案的毕业设计环节,在培养理念、选题、教学要求和考核方式等方面提出了教学改革措施。
Construction management is a discipline with strongly practice character. The graduate design is the most important phase to train the student for solving practice problems. Considering the national college education standard for construction management being issued in this year, a survey conducted about graduate design, which are named Capstone course, of construction management major in Georgia Institute of Teehnology (Gatech) of USA. Based on this survey and benchmark analysis on the famous universities in China, exampling China University of Mining and Technology ( CUMT), teaching reforming suggestions for graduate design of construction management major in CUMT were proposed in the field of teaching philosophy, design content, teaching organizing and assessment method.
