高校教职工党员质量建设是党的十八大强调"提高发展党员质量"、"健全党员能进能出机制"的重要着力点。文章以高校各部门教职工党员为主要研究对象,通过开展问卷调查,分析高校教职工党员质量建设的现状,从中发现问题,并提出加强和改善高校教职工党员质量的建设路径,以期深入贯彻党的十八大精神,增强高校党组织的创造力和凝聚力,促进高校党建科学化水平的整体提升。
