高校辅导员处理大学生意外伤害事故的经验探究与思考

The Exploration and Consideration on College Counselors' Experience in Dealing with the College Students' Accidental Injury Accident

高校校园人口密集,突发事件屡见不鲜,特别是校园意外伤害事故几乎是每所高校都存在的隐性问题,由于它的偶然性和不可控性,及时正确的处理好校园意外伤害,是保证学生生命安全的首要条件。高校辅导员是学生学习、生活、人生的导师,是处理一切学生事务的一线工作者,处理好学生意外伤害事故,是高校辅导员面临的重大课题。文章通过文献资料法并结合亲身经历尝试对高校辅导员处理学生意外事故中的经验作出归纳总结,并对研究主题做出深入思考,以期为此类事故的发生提供处理意见和经验借鉴,并对辅导员日常学生工作提供理论指导。

The campus is densely populated and there are a lot of emergency happened now and then. Especially the accidental injury accident in campus is almost the hidden problems exist in all the colleges and universities. Because of its accidental and uncontrollable nature, to handle timely and correctly the campus accident harm to students is the first condition of life safety. College counselors are the mentors of students learning, living and life, and they are also the first line workers dealing with all the affairs of students. To handle student injury accidents is a major task faced by college counselors. From the literature material method and personal experience, the paper tries to collect the experience dealing with student accident of college counselors, and make deep thinking on research topics, so as to provide this kind of accident handling opinions and experience for reference, and theoretical guidance of student’s daily work as well.
