关于构筑我国新型职业教育体系有关问题的若干思考

Thoughts on Construction of China's New Vocational Education System

职业教育不仅是教育发展的大事,也是经济发展中的大事,本文就我国职业教育发展存在的体制性现实问题作了些探讨,认为:我国职业教育发展普遍存在"四个滞后"问题,采取"三个全面,三个提升"措施,以提升职教社会品位。文章还提出了"五个一批"政策构筑新型职业教育体系的建议,对于促进职业教育发展具有一定意义。

Vocational education is a major issue not only in the development of education, but also in the development of economy. The paper probed into institutional problems in the development of vocational education, and summarized its barriers as“four lags”. Suggestions, as in“three enforcement, three promotion”, are put forward to enhance the quality of vocational education. Policy proposals, as in“five group”, build new vocational education system, which have certain significance in the promotion of vocational education.
