晋江市新型农村社会养老保险试点现状调查及研究

The Investigation And Study on the New Rural Social Pension Insurance in Jinjiang City

为探索适合晋江当地特色的新型农村社会养老保险的制度,加快晋江市新农保制度的建设进程,以晋江市3个乡镇的210户农民为研究对象,通过问卷调查及访谈,摸清晋江市新型农村社会养老保险试点的实施现状,并分析其开展过程中存在的主要问题,得出相应的结论,提出解决晋江市"新农保"试点问题的对策建议。

To explore the new rural social pension insurance system which fits the unique local features of Jin jiang City, and to accelerate the process of the new agricultural insurance system in Jinjiang, this paper finds out the current status of the new rural social pension insurance pilot project in Jinjiang by investigating 210 h ouseholds from three villages and towns in Jinjiang city through questionnaires and interviews. It analyzes the main problems existing in the process, draws the corresponding conclusion, and finally puts forward counterm easures and suggestions for the new rural social pension insurance pilot project in Jinjiang.
