电磁线圈共架发射器内弹道设计

摘要 为了设计一种能够发射不同质量载荷的电磁线圈发射器,提出了电磁线圈共架发射器发射过程的内弹道优化设计方法,以发射出口速度、发射过载和能量转换效率为组合优化目标函数,并考虑了发射内弹道过程中平稳加速和过载波动抑制问题,简化了系统设计变量,提出了将多级电路耦合时序转换为电枢位置序列的设计方法,利用MATLAB编写仿真程序,建立了电磁线圈发射器发射过程的电路-电磁场-温度场-机械运动耦合数值模拟系统,并通过实例计算得到满足设计要求的电磁线圈共架发射器方案,验证了电磁线圈共架发射器设计方法的有效性。电磁线圈发射器驱动线圈结构变化系统和电源参数变化系统设计方案满足发射多质量载荷达到给定速度、效率以及过载的共架发射要求。 To design the electromagnetic coil launcher(EMCL)which can launch different payload,the optimal design method of internal ballistics for electromagnetic coil common-frame-launcher(EMCCFL)was proposed.The objective function was combined with muzzle velocity,overload and exchange efficiency considering the problem of smooth acceleration and overload fluctuate control.Systematical design variables were simplified.The design method was proposed to transform times order of multi-stage circuit into positions order of armature.The circuit-electromagnetic-mechanical simulation system was set up by Matlab.The example was calculated when the payload met the requirement of given velocity,overloads and launching efficiency,which verified the validity of the design method.The design scheme of drive coil structural changed-system and power parameters changed-system meet the common-frame-launcher requirement of launched different payload to given velocity,launching efficiency and overloads.
