摘要 通过对我国冶金现场煤气泄漏报警系统应用现状的分析,针对传统系统报警信息孤岛、应急指挥亟待提高等问题,建立煤气安全实时监测及应急响应系统。该系统充分利用数字通信交换、数字视频、计算机网络等先进技术,具有数据实时响应、实时数字监控、实时语音调度、灵活报警联动机制等特点,为煤气泄漏安全事故的有效防范和有效控制提供了可靠的平台。 Based on analysis of coal gas leakage alarm?system used in metallurgy?field, in allusion to some problems, such as disadvantages of alarm information of traditional system, urgency of emergency command improvement, this paper proposes to establish the coal real-time safety monitoring and emergency response system. This system, featured by real-time data response, digital monitoring, audio scheduling and flexible?alarm linkage?mechanism, can provide reliable platform that can effectively prevent and control for coal gas leakage accident by fully use some advanced technology including digital communication exchange, digital video and computer network.
