工业pH计在钠法脱硫工艺中的应用

Taking gas desulfuration project of self-contained coal-fired boiler in a paper-making factory as an example, the paper discusses type selection, installation method, existing problems and maintenance in application of pH meter in combination with process characteristic of sodium desulfuration, composition of industrial pH meter and measurement principle. As on-line analysis instrument in industry period, suitable pH meter should be selected according to specific application working condition and consideration of convenience, comprehensive economy and reliability of installation and maintenance.
