生产控制系统通讯网络实施浅析

Brief Analysis on Implementation of Communication Network for Production Control System

以云锡某铜冶炼项目为例,分析了大型冶炼项目中多套生产控制系统和生产工艺设备自动控制装置实现网络连接的具体操作。实践证明,本项目中横河DCS多项目网络连接、横河DCS与小型成套设备通讯连接以及采取OPC通讯的方式实现与大型成套设备连接,均实现了工艺数据的实时数据采集上传,能满足生产工艺监控管理的需要。

Taking a copper smelting project of Yunnan Tin Company Limited as an example, the paper analyzes detailed operation on network connection implemented by many sets of production control system and production process equipment automatic control device in large smelting projects. It proves in practice that henghe DCS multi-project network connection, communication connection between henghe DCS and small package equipment and large package equipment connection by using OPC communication method can realize real-time data collecting and uploading of process data and meet the requirement of production process monitoring management.
