摘要
针对当前我军弹药维修工作面临的紧迫问题,在分析我军通用弹药维修保障现状的基础上,构建了弹药维修保障体系框架,建立了综合维修能力、军事价值、维修费效、战略战役储备需求等因素的维修计划决策模型.通过实例分析,验证了模型具有较好解决此类决策问题的能力,为我军通用弹药维修计划决策工作提供了一种新的方法和思路.
In view of the urgent issues in our current military ammunition maintenance work, the status quo of military general ammunition maintenance and support are analyzed and on the basis of the analysis, an ammunition maintenance and support system framework is built, and a maintenance planning decision model integrating maintenance capability, military value, maintenance cost -- effectiveness, strategic reserve requirement, etc. is established. Through case studies the model is shown to have a better ability to solve such decision problems and it provides a new approach and new ideas for general ammunition maintenance planning decision.
