摘要
根据某减速器专用润滑油的使用要求,通过基础油的筛选,确定合适的基础油;采用粘度调合公式设计基础油的组成,满足该减速器专用润滑油的粘度、倾点和闪点等基本指标;选择合适的添加剂,保证该油的抗氧化、抗磨等性能,从而研制一种低温性能优良的减速器专用润滑油.该油与原润滑油相比,高温(100℃)粘度得到保持,保证润滑油的高温性能;低温(-40℃)粘度减小,提升该油的低温性能,能够保证机械设备在严寒区的正常运转.
Based on the application requirements of reducer appropriative lubricating oil, one type of reducer appropriative lubricating oil with fine low-temperature performance has been developed successfully.Through selection of base oils,a suitable base oil is chosen.By adopting the viscosity blending formula, components of the base oil are designed.The basic index (such as viscosity, pour point, flash point) of the blending base oil meets the demand of reducer appropriative lubricating oil.To ensure the oxidation resistance property and abrasion resistance property, etc, we choose proper additives in the experiments. Compared with the reducer appropriative lubricating oil that has been used up till now,a better high-temperature (at 100 ℃) viscosity of the new product is retained,which ensures high-temperature performance of the oil. And low-temperature (at -40℃) viscosity of the new product is achieved, improving low-temperature property of the new product, thus ensuring normal operation of mechanical equipment in severely cold areas.
