摘要
采用煎煮法提取卷叶贝母组培物的总生物碱并测定其含量.通过对煎煮材料大小、浸泡时间和煎煮时间等主要因素进行实验,并以贝母素乙为测定标准,采用紫外分光光度法测定了不同提取条件下的总生物碱含量.实验结果显示,煎煮材料大小、浸泡时间和煎煮时间3个因素均影响卷叶贝母组培物中总生物碱含量.选择适宜的卷叶贝母组培物大小、浸泡时间和煎煮时间可以在一定程度上提高其有效物生物碱的溶出量.
This paper extracts the total alkaloids from Ffitillaria cirrhosa D. Don tissue cultures by the decocting method and determines the content of total alkaloids. By researching main factors such as material size, soaking time and decoction time and taking Peiminine as determination standard, we adopt UV spectrophotometry to determine the content of total alkaloids under different extracting conditions. The experimental results show that the above three factors can all influence the content of total alkaloids. Therefore, the appropriate selection of tissue culture size, soaking time, and decoction time can enhance the extraction rate of the total alkaloids in some degree.
