摘要
基于课题组前期对CFRP与混凝土叠合层加固预应力混凝土空心板的受力性能试验及计算方法的研究,针对影响加固预应力混凝土空心板受力性能的不同因素进行了一系列参数化分析。其中,叠合层厚度、混凝土强度、CFRP加固量及覆盖率等对加固构件的承载力以及延性均有不同程度的影响,也同时影响了CFRP的剥离或拉断破坏模式。在实际加固工程中,应结合极限承载力的需要和使用要求,合理设计叠合层混凝土的强度和厚度;采用CFRP加固时,应尽量增大底板上CFRP的覆盖率,以充分利用CFRP的抗拉性能,节省CFRP的用量。
Based on the early experimental and theoretical research on pre-stressed concrete hollow core slab strengthened with CFRP and reinforcement layer, this paper aims at parametric analysis on different reinforcement parameters influencing the performances of strengthened pre-stressed concrete hollow core slabs. Parametric analysis results show that the thickness of the laminate layer, the strength of the concrete, the amount ratio and the coverage ratio of CFRP have different influence on the bearing capacity and ductility of the strengthened members. The requirements of the ultimate capacity and serviceability should be considered in strengthening engineering such as reasonable design about the concrete strength and thickness of the laminate layer, the high coverage ratio of CFRP can make full use of its tensile strength, saving the consumption at the same time.
