摘要
太仓市第一人民医院行政楼,采用桩土共同作用的基础形式。通常情况下,上部荷载完全由桩承担,不考虑地基土的承载力。而该楼选用较短的桩长,较大的桩距,产生一定的沉降,使基础底板与地基土充分接触,利用地基土体的承载力,形成桩土共同作用的基础形式。通过沉降观测,以及与常规桩基的比较,表明采用桩土共同作用的基础,沉降较小且分布均匀,能满足规范及使用要求。
Pile-soil interactions of the Taicang First Peop' s Hospital administration building were analyzed. Typically, piles carry the upper load entirely and the bearing capacity of foundation is not considered. But for this building with shorter piles, wider pile space to cause certain settlement so that foundation plate and soil contact full, then pile-soil interaction forms under the use of foundation bearing capacity. Through settlement observation and comparison with conventional pile, it indicates that the foundation of pile-soil interacting makes settlement samll and even which can meet the requirements of specification and use.
