摘要
主要阐述了铸造吊车在直流改交流后,电流制动器改为电压制动器的控制原理,结合主卷减速机机械结构的原理分析并提出了制动器电气控制要求和我厂针对制动器控制安全的解决方案,总结了这几年实践中遇到的一些问题、解决办法和取得的效果,分析这些控制的优缺点并提出一些建议,对于其它吊车相似情况的控制系统,提供一定的借鉴和参考。
This paper mainly introduces the control principle of voltage brake instead of current brake after casting crane has been transformed from DC to AC.Put forward the demand for the brake electric control according to the principle of the main volume reducer machinery structure and the solution of the brake control security about own factory,summarize the trouble,the way and the effect in practice of the recent years,analyse their pros and cons and put forward some suggestions,which shows some values as a reference for similar control system of the other crane.
