岐口17-2油田水气交替复合驱注入体系筛选与性能评价

摘要 采用Waring Blender法筛选QK17-2油田水气交替复合驱注入体系,从24种起泡剂中先后通过起泡能力、稳泡能力、配伍性及其起泡剂质量浓度、地层水矿化度、原油含量、温度等影响因素进行分析,最终筛选出体系用起泡剂QP-22,确定其最佳使用质量分数为0.5%;通过对稳泡剂WP-1使用质量浓度确定实验,最终筛选体系配方:800 mg/L稳泡剂WP-1+0.5%起泡剂QP-22. In this paper,Waring Blender method was mainly used to screening the injection system of QK17-2 oil field water-gas alternating complex flooding. By testing the influence factors the foaming ability,stabilizing ability,compatibility,concentration,formation water salinity,the content of crude oil and temperature,QP-22 was confirmed the best foaming agent out of 24 samples,and its most suitable mass concentration was tested as 0. 5 %. Later,another test was carried out to determine the steady concentration of foam stabilizer WP-1. Finally,a complete injection system was confirmed as QP-22,in a mass concentration of 0. 5 %,with WP-1,in a concentration of 800 mg / L.
