不同品种蘑菇的培养基质中胞外酶活性研究 被引量:1

摘要 该研究分别从9种不同品种的蘑菇培养基质中提取几丁质酶和壳聚糖酶2种胞外酶并测定其酶活力.结果表明:平菇的培养基质中几丁质酶的活性最高,达33 U/g培养基质;金针菇的培养基质中壳聚糖酶的活性最高,达21.062 U/g培养基质.根据酶活测定的结果选取其中3种酶活较高的培养基质进行抑菌活性的研究.结果表明:3种培养基质的粗酶液对蜡样芽孢杆菌、番茄细菌性溃疡病菌和巨大芽孢杆菌3种病原菌均有抑制活性,且对巨大芽孢杆菌的抑菌活性最强. This experiment extracted chitinase and chitosanase from 9 species of mushroom waste media and then determined their enzyme activity. The research showed that the chitinase activity of waste medium of Pleurotus ostreatus could reach to 33 U / g waste medium,which was the best; the chitosanase activity of waste medium of Flammulina velutipes could reach to 21. 062 U / g waste medium,which was the best. According to the result,3 species of mushroom waste media whose chitinase and chitosanase activity were higher were screened to assay their antimicrobial activity. The research showed that this 3 species of crude extract of chitinase and chitosanase from waste medium all had inhibitory activity against Bacillus cereus,Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. michiganensis and Bacillus megaterium,which was the best.
