三聚氰胺增韧酚醛树脂的合成及其泡沫的研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究在合成阶段加入不同量的三聚氰胺改性酚醛树脂,将改性酚醛树脂制备成改性酚醛泡沫.并通过红外光谱仪、微机控制电子万能实验机、偏光显微镜、氧指数测定仪等仪器进行对比分析.实验表明:改性后的酚醛泡沫的力学性能均有所提高,而游离甲醛含量下降,氧指数升高.其中三聚氰胺质量分数为4.5%时最佳. The research described that phenolic resins were modified by different amount of melamine in the synthesis phase,and modified phenolic resins were prepared to modified phenolic foams,then the characteristics of modified phenolic resins and foams were analyzed through infrared spectrometer,microcomputer control electronic universal testing machine,polarizing microscope and oxygen index apparatus.Experiment showed that the mechanical properties of phenolic foam were improved,the content of free formaldehyde was cut down and oxygen index rose. The melamine amount of 4. 5 % was the best.
