带状疱疹患者外周血C3、C4及免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM含量变化

探讨带状疱疹急性发作期及其后遗神经痛患者外周血C3、C4与免疫球蛋白IgG、IgM的差异变化。方法:采用免疫散射比浊法检测50例带状疱疹急性发作期患者及50例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者外周血C3、C4,IgG、IgM水平,并与50例健康成人作对照研究。结果:带状疱疹急性发作期患者C3、C4水平低于健康成人组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),IgG、IgM水平较健康成人比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者C3、C4、IgG、IgM水平均高于健康成人组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随年龄增长有不同变化。带状疱疹急性发作期患者及其后遗神经痛患者存在着不同的体液免疫学的改变。

Discussion the difference of acute patients of herpes zoster and postherpetic neuralgia in immunity, the levels of C3, C4 and immunoglobulins IgG and IgM were detected.Methods：The method of immunohistochemical scattering was used to detect the levels of C3, C4, IgG and IgM in the serum among 50 cases of the acute patients of herpes zoster, 50 cases of postherpetic neuralgia patients, and 50 cases of healthy adults.Results：C3, C4 lev-els of the acute patients of herpes zoster were below healthy adult group, the difference had statistically significance （P〈0.05）.IgG, IgM levels than healthy adults had no statistical difference.C3, C4, IgG, IgM levels of the postherpetic neuralgia patients were higher than the healthy adult group, the difference had statistically significance （P〈0.05）.And there were differences with age.Conclusion：There are magnificant differences between the acute patients of the herpes zoster and postherpetic neuralgia in immunity.
