摘要
甘肃某卡林型金矿石中金颗粒极细,主要赋存在黄铁矿和硅酸盐矿物中,金品位为3.40 g/t,为开发利用该金矿石资源,进行了焙烧预处理—氰化浸出工艺研究,确定的焙烧温度为800℃,焙烧时间为1.5 h,磨矿细度为-0.050 mm占98%,石灰用量为4 kg/t(p H=11~12),氰化钠用量为3 kg/t,浸出矿浆浓度为40%,浸出时间为24 h,最终获得的金浸出率为80.57%。
Carlin type gold ore, of Gansu Province, in which, gold mainly in form of pyrite and sil- icate minerals, with gold grade of 3.40 g/t. In order to develop the ore, roasting pretreatment-cyanidation leaching process research was conducted. The optimum test conditions including roasting at 800 ℃ for 1.5 h, at the grinding fineness of 98% -0. 050 ram, lime dosage of 4 kg/t(pH = 11 - 12), sodium cyanide dosage of 3 kg/t, pulp concentration of 40% , leaching for 24 h. The final gold leaching rate is 80.57%
