摘要
测试系统中的信号采集是系统的一个重要环节,在工业测控系统或实验室中,需要多通道的信号采集装置实现对模拟信号的采集。针对采集设备的通用性、小型化和高精度的要求,设计一种高精度多路数据采集模块,采用高精度A/D转换芯片,通过巡回采样的方法采集16路16位模拟量信号,实验表明,该方法特别适用于高精度工业现场数据采集。
Signal acquisition is an important link in test system. In industrial measurement and control system or laboratory, test system requires multi-channel signal acquisition device to realize analog signal acquisition. Since the acquisition device has the requirements of universality, miniaturization and high-precis'ion, the data acquisition module with high precision and multi- channel was designed. The system adopts high precision A/D converter chip, and acquires 16-channel analog inputs of 16-bit. It suits for high precision industrial on-site data acquisition.
