摘要
针对配网故障数量大、分析过程繁琐等问题,设计并开发了配网故障辅助分析系统。系统集成了能量管理系统(Energy Management System,EMS)、生产管理系统(Production Management System,PMS)和停电管理系统(Outage Management System,OMS)等多个数据源,以事故分闸为主线获取遥信变位、遥测、保护、操作票、工作票等辅助数据并利用断路器类型自动识别和基于时序信息的线路故障预判等智能算法进行预处理,操作界面友好便捷;此外,还使用大数据的理念及相关技术,对配网故障与线路过负荷、检修试验、雷电、气象等内外部因素进行了关联关系分析与挖掘。系统已实际应用于江苏电网110 k V及以下配网的故障分析工作,显著提高了故障分析的效率和准确率,并为配网运维检修辅助决策提供了有力的支撑。
According to the large qualities and analysis complexity of the distribution faults, this paper designs and implements a distribution fault assistant analysis system. This system is integrated with many data sources such as EMS, PMS and OMS, it fetches remote signal, remote measurement, protection signal, operation ticket, work ticket and other auxiliary data through the trip accidents, uses smart algorithms such as the breaker type automatic recognition and line fault anticipation based on timing information for preprocessing, and provides user-friendly operation interface. Meanwhile, using the concept and relevant technologies of the big data, the distribution faults are combined with inner and outer factors such as line overload, maintenance, lightning and weather for correlation analysis and mining. This system has been applicated in the fault analysis of Jiangsu 110 k V and below distribution network, which remarkably increased the efficiency and accuracy of the analysis, and effectively supported the decision-making of the distribution operation and maintenance.
