我国西部地区技术追赶的作用路径与动态选择——基于产业层面分析

Research on Developing Path and Dynamic Selection from Technology Catching-Up of China's Western Region:Based on Industry Level

我国西部地区的技术追赶是基于不同产业类型、要素构成、技术特点异质性,结合地区资源优势与路径构建而缩短技术差距,通过产业层面中技术模仿、吸收与学习能力的有机组合提升区域自主创新能力,引导西部地区在技术赶超中的优势组合与路径形成的过程。本文依据技术路径动态实现,总结了技术追赶的产业要素及自主创新技术追赶的实现,进一步对西部地区技术赶超路径构建和产业的动态选择进行分析,从而对西部地区产业层面技术赶超的路径选择提出政策建议。

The technology catching-up process of western region in China is based on the dynamic process to reduce technology gaps with using local resources and developing path building, which is related with the different industry types, elements and heterogeneity oftechnical characteristics. The China western region- technology advantages combinations and catching-up path forming would be achieved by improving inde- pendent innovation ability through technical imitation, assimilation and learning ability organically on the industry-level. This paper aims to analyze technology catching-up path construction and dynamic path selection onindustrial level of China western region based on technology path dynamical the industrial elements and technological catching-up of independent innovation. And then the policy suggestions of catching-up path selection would be provided.
