摘要
六年制本科农村小学教师培养必须进行教学方法的改革和创新,正确认识其内在特点,转变教学理念,体现教师教育特点,顺应农村小学需求,继承和发扬中师教育的优秀传统。根据他们专业基础知识、教育类课程和学科教学论的理论性知识以及实践性知识,可以构建三种教学基本模式。
Teaching method plays an important role in the quality guarantee of talent cultivation. The six-year system undergraduate rural-oriented teachers cultivation should reform its teaching method based on the recognition of their inner features, and change of teaching concept, so as to show the features of teachers’cultivation and adapt to the requirements of rural primary schools. Three teaching modes are created based on fundamental professional knowledge,educational curriculum, theoretical and practical knowledge of disciplinary teaching.
