摘要
在瑜伽教学中,教师应用丰富的肢体语言教学变体能够提高整体教学效果,使课堂更具有吸引力;根据学生的个体需求和能力的差异性进行实际有效的体式变体教学,使肢体的练习更合理、更安全,能提高学生练习的兴趣与学习的积极性,也丰富了瑜伽课堂教学的内涵。
The application of the rich body language Yoga variant affects the overall Yoga teaching effect, and it can make the Yoga class more attractive. The practical and effective pose variant teaching should be made according to the students’physical basis and their completion of action in order to make the pose practice reasonable, safe, energetic and healthy. The application of Yoga variant can effectively improve students’enthusiasm of Yoga learning and enrich the meaning of Yoga teaching.
