青年毛泽东拥有着积极乐观的生命观。他认为:生命是自然规律,但精神是不死的,人无需忧虑生死问题;与其自杀而死,宁可奋斗而亡,一个人须努力强健自己的体魄,增强意志努力奋斗;一个人只有将自己的命运与社会的命运结合起来,参与到改造全社会的奋斗过程之中方可实现生命的终极价值。

Young Mao Zedong has a positive and optimistic view on life. He believed that life is a natural law and the spirit will not die, so people should not worry about life and death. He would rather struggle to die than die by suicide. A man needs to exercise his body and enhance his will. He believed that only when one person combines his fate with the fate of the society and participates in the process of reforming society can he achieve the ultimate value of life.
