摘要
网络骚扰是现实中传统式骚扰在网络空间的延伸与变异,是一类貌似温和、隐秘,但事实上却给受害人带来严重困扰与伤害的新兴网络社会问题。文章对网络骚扰问题的产生背景、内涵、类型与表现形式等问题进行了较为细致的剖析。
As the extension and variation of traditional harassment in cyberspace, cyber harassment is an emerging social problem that appears mild and clandestine but virtually brings about serious disturbance and injury to the victims. This paper makes an analysis of the background, connotation, types and manifestations of cyber harassment in detail.
