高职新闻宣传人才职业能力实操体系的创新探索——以宁波电大高职新闻采编与制作专业为例

Innovative Exploration of Operating System about Journalistic Professional Capacity in the Context of Higher Vocational Education

高职层面的新闻宣传人才培养需要面对当下数字媒体兴起的状况和基层企事业单位对人才"一专多能"的实际需求,教学内容要与职业需求相对接,整个培养过程应坚持以实践操作为主体、动手能力为核心;职业能力实操体系整体的设计思路,即在专业指导委员会的指导下,建立实操课程体系"金字塔"、驱动职业技能集成的"轴心项目"、职业能力可视化的"实践发布平台"以及学生作品与社会服务相连通的"通道";由于结构严谨,流程环节严密,指导监控严格,经过完整的新闻宣传人才职业能力实操体系训练后,学生的实操动手能力有了明显提升,实践作品的质量稳步提高。

Cultivation of journalistic talent in the higher vocational education needs to face the rise of digital media today and practical demand of grass-root enterprises and institutions for employees who are good at many things but expert in one. The training content should comply with the professional demand, and the training process should be practice-focused and skill-centered.The overall design thinking of the operating system is as described below, i.e. led by the specialized professional committee, a pyramid-shaped operating curriculum system was constructed; a core project of integrated occupational skills was conducted; a visual platform displaying professional capacity was put up; a channel between the works of the students and service offering to society was connected. Owing to the precise structure, well-organized procedure, and strict monitoring of the operating system,the journalistic students’ practical capacity has been improved and the quality of their works has been gradually promoted under the complete training of operating system.
