The Educational Training Strategies on the New Generation of Migrant Workers

在厘清"新生代农民工"概念的基础上,从高愿景与低参与度、教育需求和教育供给、紧迫性和政策保障机制不完善三个角度对新生代农民工教育培训面临的主要问题进行了探析,并从提高教育培训参与度、满足多样化需求及强化政府责任三个方面,提出了社区教育视角下新生代农民工教育培训的对策和建议。

Based on the concept of the ＂new generation of migrant workers＂, the paper discusses the main problems arisen from the educational training of the new generation of migrant workers from three aspects： high vision and low participation, education demand and supply, urgency and imperfection of the policy guarantee mechanism. The countermeasures and suggestions are then put forth from the following three perspectives such as how to improve the participation of educational training; how to satisfy the diverse needs; and how to reinforce the responsibility of the government.
