宁波历史文化街区保护与更新存在的问题与对策研究

Study on Problems and Countermeasures to Protect and Renovate Historical and Cultural Blocks in Ningbo

在对宁波历史街区保护与更新现状调查基础上,认为历史街区保护存在着建设性破坏和保护性衰败两大文化与社会困境。提出突破困境之路在于运用有机更新理论和方法,并从保护与延续整体历史原真性、生活真实性,保护与传承人文社会网络等方面,对历史街区的保护与更新方法进行探讨,以期达到对历史街区进行整体原真性保护与更新,维系发展人文活力和可持续发展的目标。

Based on the investigation of protection and renovation of historical and cultural blocks in Ningbo, the author thinks protecting historical blocks results in major cultural and social dilemma between constructive destruction and protective decay. This paper puts forward the ways to break through the dilemma by using Organic Renewal Theory and method, and discusses the countermeasures to protect and renovate the historical blocks in the aspects of protecting and continuing the originality of history and the authenticity of life, protecting and inheriting of humanistic and social networks, etc, in order to achieve the aims of retaining the originality of history and maintaining the cultural vitality and sustainable development in the protection and renovation of historical blocks.
