摘要 现代工业生产现场中各类测试仪器、仪表及信号获取终端相当零散地分布在较大范围内,企业需要对测试数据进行实时的集中监控。实现基于工业以太网的分布式多仪器数据监控系统,该系统包含了上位机控制软件和作为下位机的STM32单片机,结合RS485总线和工业以太网作为通信方式,实现对大量仪器、仪表的统一监控,具有稳定性高、速度快的特点。通过多次模拟测试运行良好,符合技术指标及性能要求,可以投入实际运行。 In field of modern industry production, various types of test instrument and signal acquisition terminal scattered distribute in wide range of space, enterprise need centralized monitor real-time data. The main content of the paper is to design and implement a multi-test instrument monitoring system based on industry Ethernet. This system include host computer control software and lower computer embedded system composed by STM32 microcontroller, with RS485 bus and industry Ethernet as communication mode, to realize unity data monitoring, having characteristics of high stability and fast speed. The system has been tested many times, it meet the technical and performance requirements, can be put into praticial operation.
