从江门反核事件看涉核舆情的预防与消解

The Prevention and Resolution of the Nuclear Public Opinion from the Anti-nuclear Demonstrations of Jiangmen

2011年日本福岛核泄漏事故给日本的经济社会发展带来了致命打击,更为严重的是,这场突如其来的灾难在全世界范围内引发了新一轮的反核浪潮。各国在建涉核项目纷纷下马,新增项目举步维艰。在"闻核色变"的背景下,涉核项目的上马动辄会引发群体事件。以江门反核事件的发展进程为主线,深入剖析涉核舆情的特点和舆情产生的深层次原因,进而提出在新媒体时代涉核舆情的预防与消解措施。

In 2011, the Fukushima nuclear accident of Japan gave a fatal blow to the development of Japan＇s economy, more seriously, this grave disaster caused a new groundswell of anti-nuclear demonstrations. Many countries have stopped their existing nuclear project under this huge pressure. Moreover, projects which are just proposed encountered worse situation. Under the background of ＂the mere mention of nuclear talks＂, projects referring to nuclear will lead to the protest demonstrations which are called ＂mass incidents＂ in China. In this paper, with the development process of the anti-nuclear event in Jiangmen as a main line, the characteristics and cause of the nuclear public opinion were analyzed in depth, furthermore some effective measures for preventing the negative nuclear public opinion in the era of new media were proposed.
