Du Liniang in The Peony Pavilion is a character who changed from a daughter of one devoted to love. What played an important role in her changing is her wandering in the an eminent family to garden written in the chart Surprising Dream. By referring to the traditional culture of tourism of ancient China, analyzing the text of The Peony Pavilion, especially the chart Surprising Dream, and considering the idea of supreme love of Tang Xianzu, we can find that the tourism has made a great contribution to Du Lingniang＇ s change.
