摘要
针对当前普通高校图书馆学科馆员制度管理、人才引进与培养、业绩考核与评价、激励约束和岗位竞争等运行机制中存在的问题作了现实分析,讨论了在学科馆员运行机制中应把握的策略。
This paper discusses some problems existing in the current operational mechanism of subject librarian of the colleges, such as system management, the introduction and training of talents, the performance assessment and evaluation, incentive and restraint and position competition, etc.. Then, some strategies are discussed which should be grasped in the operating mechanism of subject librarian
