摘要
微生物学实验是生命科学课程体系中的基础教学环节,在实验教学实践中,理清基础微生物实验课的基本边界,确立了以无菌操作技术训练为课程核心;调整实验教学顺序,建立以科研流程为顺序的实验课流程;加强课前、课中考核,完善考核方式;建立开放实验教学平台,激发学生的探索欲望。建立了分层次的微生物实验教学改革模式,全面提升本科生的综合实验技能,激发学生的创新能力。
Microbiology experiment is the basic of the life science courses. By furthering microbiology experiment reform,four aspects were discussed in this paper. The first is to clarify the basic boundary of microbiology experiment course according to the aseptic technique training. The second one is to adjust the experimental teaching order according to the process of research experiment course. The third one is to strengthen the experimental preview and process assessment to improve the evaluation methods. The last one is to establish open platform for the students. The combination of teaching and scientific research could cultivate and enhance students' comprehensive ability.
