恒定磁场对家兔前列环素和血栓素B_2的影响

摘要 应用放射免疫分析法对14只正常健康家兔,分别在钐钴合金永磁片和铈钴合金永磁片作用下,观察不同强度恒定磁场对家兔血浆血栓素B_2和6-酮-前列环素的影响。结果表明:恒定磁场可使家兔血栓素B_2增加,0.15T恒定磁场可使家兔6-酮-前列环素含量明显下降,血栓素B_2的增高或前列环素下降的结果,促使血小板处于高聚集状态,从而促进血凝,这可能是磁疗止血的机理之一。 Radioimmunoassay was used to measure the level of plasma thrombocane B_2(TXB_2) and 6-Keto prostaglandin F_1 (6-Keto-PGF.)in 14 healthy rabbits before and after exposed to permanent magnetic field. The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between permanent magnetic field and the level of plasma TXB_2 or 6-Keto-PGFKa, 7 rabbits were exposed to 0.3T permanent magnetic field (high intensity group)for two weeks. Other 7 rabbits were expoeed to o. 15T permanent magnetic field(middle intensity group)for two weeks. The results showed: in both groups the level of plasma TXB_2 were slightly elevate(P>0.05).6-Keto-PGF_(1 ) was markedly decreased in the middle intensity group(P<0.05)and there was no change of the level of plasma 6-Keto-PGF_(1 ) in the high intensity group. This might be one of the causes why permanent magnetic field could improve the coagulation of blo d and stop bleeding.
