摘要
应对21世纪高素质综合型人才的需求,结合植物实验教学的要求,整合验证性实验为综合设计性实验,开设"外源一氧化氮对盐胁迫下小麦幼苗的影响"实验。新颖的实验内容激发了学生的实验兴趣,充分发挥学生的主观能动性,有效地提高了实验教学的质量。
In order to explore comprehensive experiment design to plant experiment teaching,response to demand for comprehensive talents of high quality in the 21 st century,we set up the experiment ＂effects of exogenous nitric oxide in wheat seedlings under Na Cl stress＂. Novel experiment stimulates the enthusiasm of the students,exert students＇ subjective initiative,effectively improve the quality of experimental teaching.
