摘要
工程实践能力的提高对培养能够直接服务于行业的工程应用型人才具有重要意义。通过将工厂实际生产知识引入教学、产学研合作一体化、科技竞赛、生产实习、仿真实习进行了理论教学和各个实践教学环节的改革。学生接受了全面的工程实践能力训练,为高分子材料与工程专业开展卓越工程师计划奠定了前期基础。
Improving the ability of engineering practice is important for training the engineering application talent in order to serve industry directly. In this paper,reforms on theoretical teaching and practical teaching have been carried out by introducing the knowledge of the factory actual production to the teaching,practice teaching system with integration of industry,science and technology competition,engineering practice,simulation training. The students receive a comprehensive training in engineering practice ability,and the early foundation is set up for educating and training outstanding plan of polymer materials and engineering specialty.
