摘要
碳钢极化曲线的测定对实际应用有着重要的指导意义。实验采用恒电位法测定碳钢电极在十六烷基三甲溴化胺(CTAB)的碳酸铵溶液中的阳极极化曲线,研究表面活性剂浓度对碳钢电极缓蚀效应的影响。实验结果表明,CTAB表面活性剂的加入对碳钢电极有较好的缓蚀作用,可以减小极化曲线的峰值电流;表面活性剂在一定浓度,其缓蚀作用越强,峰值电流越小。
Carbon steel of polarization curve measurement has important guiding significance for practical application. This experiment adopts the carbon electrode to determine the anode polarization curve by potentiostatic method in the ammonium carbonate solution of CTAB,in order to study the effect of surfactant concentration on the corrosion of carbon steel electrode. The influence of the experimental results shows that the addition of CTAB surfactant for carbon steel electrode has better corrosion effect,can reduce the peak current of polarization curve. While adding a certain concentration of surfactants,the stronger the corrosion inhibition,the smaller the peak current.
